NEIL FRANCES - "dumb love"

There's nothing quite like brand new artists. There's infinite potential for what they can create, and you get to then follow them through their (hopefully long) careers. The latest group to catch our ears is LA's NEIL FRANCES and their debut single "dumb love". It's upbeat and catchy - perfect road tripping music. We're not sure what we'll get down the road from NEIL FRANCES, but based on their first offering we can only hope for more great things.
